KOBI5: AM News Anchor

11/19/20: KOBI-TV NBC5 in the beautiful Rogue Valley is looking for an AM Anchor to join our NBC5 News at Sunrise Team. The ideal candidate loves breaking news and weather, constantly improves newscasts and is flexible right up to and through the newscast. Writing and storytelling must be a passion, as well as creating an artful newscast with high pace and volume. Proficiency with a newsroom computer system and knowledge of social media platforms, such as Facebook and Twitter, are requirements. FULL DESCRIPTION.

CHAMBER OF MEDFORD & JACKSON COUNTY: Media Internships

OSPIRG: Civic Engagement Internships

9/28/20: The OSPIRG Students Internship program is designed for college students who are passionate about civic engagement and looking to increase their experience in organizing and strategy. This term-long program provides interns with opportunities to build their leadership skills and increase the youth vote. Interns will work remotely. Given the remote nature of the internship, students taking part in digital learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic can still apply and be considered for the position. FULL DESCRIPTION.

ASME: Magazine Internship Program

9/28/20: ASME is now accepting applications for the 2021 Magazine Internship Program. The deadline to apply is December 1, 2020. Information about the Magazine Internship Program can be found at asmeinternship.org.

The Magazine Internship Program gives preference to students who have been nominated by academic departments and career-guidance offices over other applicants from the same school. Colleges and universities are encouraged to nominate no more than two students.
